KLOW Peptide Dosage: What's in the Vial and How Much People Take

What is KLOW peptide, and how much do people take? KLOW is four peptides in one vial, most often 80 mg: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg. Most people dose it by its GHK-Cu, typically around 2 mg a day, which is 3.2 mg of the blend and 12 units on a 3 mL mix.

KLOW is a pre-mixed blend of four peptides people use for recovery, skin and inflammation, and because all four share one vial, one dose sets how much of each you get.

Quick answer

Most people who use KLOW do it like this:

  1. Mix an 80 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water.
  2. Take 2 mg of its GHK-Cu (3.2 mg of the blend) under the skin once a day: 12 units on that mix.
  3. Log each shot and rotate where you inject.

Step 3 is where Regimen comes in: a free peptide tracker app that logs every KLOW shot, suggests the next injection site and puts your side effects on the same timeline as your doses.

What’s in a KLOW Vial?

The common KLOW vial holds 80 mg of powder:

  • GHK-Cu: 50 mg, a copper-binding peptide your body makes, best known from skin care.
  • BPC-157: 10 mg, the recovery peptide.
  • TB-500: 10 mg, a fragment of thymosin beta-4.
  • KPV: 10 mg, a short anti-inflammatory peptide, and the one thing KLOW has that GLOW doesn’t.

So GHK-Cu is 62.5% of every shot, and each of the other three is 12.5%. Among Regimen users on KLOW, 87% have an 80 mg vial. The split inside it is a vendor recipe, not a tested dose, and some vials differ, so check what is printed on yours.

How Much KLOW Per Day?

There’s no official KLOW peptide dosage. Most people dose KLOW by its GHK-Cu: 2 mg of GHK-Cu is 3.2 mg of the blend. Regimen users on KLOW take a median of 3.2 mg per injection, which is exactly 2 mg of GHK-Cu.

Most Regimen users on KLOW take 1.25 to 2.5 mg of GHK-Cu per injection, which is 2 to 4 mg of the blend. At that dose, each shot also carries 250 to 500 mcg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.

That BPC-157 amount lines up with the 250 to 500 mcg a day people use when they take BPC-157 on its own, and the GHK-Cu amount sits close to the 1 to 2 mg a day common for injected GHK-Cu.

Units are the marks on a 100-unit (U-100) insulin syringe, where 1 unit is 0.01 mL. With 3 mL of water, every unit holds 0.267 mg of KLOW. The math for that vial, not a recommendation.

For any other vial or water volume, the KLOW peptide calculator takes the dose of the peptide you dose to, in mg (usually GHK-Cu, typically around 2 mg), and shows the units and what that draw delivers of all four.

How Often Do You Take KLOW?

In Regimen, 67% of people on KLOW take it every day and 23% take it five days a week, usually Monday to Friday. A few take it every other day or two to three times a week.

At 2 mg of GHK-Cu (3.2 mg of the blend), one 80 mg vial is 25 shots. At 2.5 mg of GHK-Cu (4 mg of the blend), it’s 20.

How Do You Reconstitute KLOW 80 mg?

Reconstituting means adding bacteriostatic (BAC) water to the freeze-dried powder. Of Regimen users with an 80 mg KLOW vial, 71% mix it with 3 mL of BAC water and 18% with 2 mL.

  • 3 mL: every unit holds 0.267 mg of the blend, so 2 mg of GHK-Cu (3.2 mg of the blend) is 12 units.
  • 2 mL: every unit holds 0.4 mg, so the same 2 mg of GHK-Cu is 8 units and sits on fewer marks.

The water doesn’t change how much KLOW is in the vial, only how many units each dose takes. More water means more units for the same dose, which is easier to read.

To mix it, run the water slowly down the inside wall of the vial instead of straight onto the powder, then swirl gently until it’s clear. Don’t shake it. Keep the mixed vial in the fridge, never frozen, and throw it out if it turns cloudy.

How Long Do People Run KLOW?

31% of Regimen users on KLOW run it in cycles, most often 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off. For whether you need to cycle KLOW at all, and how people pace a blend around its GHK-Cu, see the peptide cycling guide.

Where Do You Inject KLOW?

KLOW goes under the skin (subQ), like most peptides. Among Regimen users on KLOW, 28% inject in the belly, 22% in the love handles, 22% in the glute (subQ), 17% in the thigh and 9% in the upper arm. Most rotate sites from shot to shot.

The peptide injection sites guide covers each spot and how to rotate them.

KLOW vs GLOW: What’s the Difference?

KLOW is GLOW plus KPV. The common GLOW vial is 70 mg: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg. KLOW adds 10 mg of KPV for 80 mg.

Mixed with the same water, a unit of KLOW and a unit of GLOW carry the same GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. KLOW adds KPV on top. What changes is the mg figure for the blend: 2 mg of GHK-Cu is 3.2 mg of KLOW but 2.8 mg of GLOW, and 12 units on a 3 mL mix of either. So if you switch between them, go by units or by the peptide you care about, not by the blend’s mg.

Because of the KPV, KLOW is pitched at inflammation and gut flares as well as recovery; GLOW is pitched mostly at skin and hair. The GLOW peptide dosage guide has its own chart.

KLOW Peptide Benefits: What the Research Shows

People take KLOW for recovery from training and injuries, skin and hair, and inflammation, including gut flares. The idea is that each peptide covers a different part of healing. The blend itself hasn’t been tested, so the evidence is whatever exists for each part:

  • BPC-157: almost all animal work. A 2025 systematic review of 544 papers found 35 preclinical studies, one small clinical study and no clinical safety data.
  • TB-500: the injected fragment has no human trial. The human data people quote is for full-length thymosin beta-4, a different molecule.
  • GHK-Cu: has real human data, but for creams on the skin, such as a 12-week facial cream study in 71 women (Pickart and Margolina, 2018). Injected GHK-Cu has none.
  • KPV: lab and animal studies only. It’s the part of KLOW aimed at inflammation.

So the benefits people describe come from their own experience, not from trials, which is why your own log is the most useful data you’ll have.

KLOW Side Effects: Is It Safe?

KLOW’s side effects haven’t been measured in people. The FDA has reviewed each of its four peptides. It found no human exposure data for TB-500 or KPV, little or none for BPC-157, and limited human data for GHK-Cu. For BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu it flagged a possible immune reaction (immunogenicity) and impurity concerns (FDA).

Pain, redness or a lump where you inject is the side effect people search for most. Rotating sites and logging each one is how you find out whether a spot or a vial is the problem.

Track KLOW With Regimen

Regimen, a peptide tracker, logs KLOW as one compound and shows what’s in it: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Reminders follow your schedule, whether that’s daily, five days on and two off, or on and off cycles.

What’s Not Known

None of the four peptides in KLOW is approved by the FDA for human use, and KLOW is sold as a research chemical, so its strength and purity aren’t regulated. There is no tested dose, no human trial of the blend and no measured side-effect rate. For tested athletes, WADA bans BPC-157 and TB-500 at all times, and its S0 rule covers unapproved substances such as KPV and injected GHK-Cu.
