About Regimen

The App

Regimen is a health tracking app designed for people who manage injectable medication protocols — peptides, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide, and other compounds.

The app combines dose tracking, injection scheduling, reconstitution calculators, half-life visualization, and health metric correlation into one platform. Whether you're tracking a single compound or managing a complex multi-compound protocol, Regimen handles the math, the scheduling, and the data analysis.

Free for one compound. Every feature unlocked — calculators, half-life visualizer, correlation charts, injection site tracking, Apple Health and Health Connect sync. No paywalls. Premium adds multi-compound support for $4.99/month or $39.99/year.

The Problem We Solve

People on injectable protocols deal with real complexity: reconstitution math, syringe unit conversions, injection site rotation, dose timing, side effect tracking, and trying to figure out if their protocol is actually working. Most people use a mix of spreadsheets, notes apps, and phone alarms. It works — until it doesn't.

Regimen replaces all of that with one purpose-built app. The reconstitution calculator handles the vial math. The half-life visualizer shows estimated compound levels between doses. Correlation charts connect dose changes to health outcomes over time.

Who Built This

Regimen is built by Awaken Labs LLC, a health technology company focused on giving people better tools to manage their health protocols.
