Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Regimen (the "Service"), including the website at helloregimen.com, the iOS app, the Android app, and any associated tools or calculators, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Regimen is a health tracking application designed to help you manage peptides, GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, and others), TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), and other health compounds. The Service includes:

• Dose logging, scheduling, and reminders
• Smart dose calculators (TRT, peptide reconstitution, GLP-1, intranasal, split-dose)
• Pharmacokinetic blood level modeling
• Progress tracking (weight, body measurements, progress photos)
• Side effect logging
• Apple Health and Google Health Connect integration
• Cloud sync across devices
• Free web-based tools and calculators at helloregimen.com

The Service is available as a free tier with core features and a paid subscription (Regimen Pro) with additional features. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Medical Disclaimer

Regimen is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This app is a tracking and calculation tool only. It does not provide medical recommendations, prescribe medications, or diagnose conditions.

• Dose calculators perform mathematical conversions based on the values you enter. They do not account for your medical history, drug interactions, allergies, or individual health factors. Always verify calculations with your healthcare provider before administration.
• Blood level models are theoretical estimates based on published pharmacokinetic data. Actual blood levels vary based on individual metabolism, injection site, body composition, and other factors. They are not a substitute for lab work.
• Compound information (half-lives, dosing ranges, side effect profiles) is sourced from published clinical research and is provided for educational purposes only. It may not reflect the most current research or your individual circumstances.
• Content on helloregimen.com (blog posts, guides, comparisons) is educational and informational. It is not medical advice. Some compounds discussed (including retatrutide) are investigational and not FDA-approved.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not misuse or attempt to circumvent security features
• Verify all dose calculations with a qualified healthcare provider before administration
• Not rely solely on Regimen for medical decisions
• Not use the Service to track compounds for anyone other than yourself without their consent
• Not use the Service if you are under 18 years of age

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate dose calculations and compound information, you are solely responsible for verifying all calculations and dosages before administration. Regimen's calculators perform mathematical operations based on the values you input — if you enter incorrect values (wrong vial size, wrong BAC water volume, etc.), the output will be incorrect.

Always double-check your doses before administration. When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist.

We make reasonable efforts to keep compound information, half-life data, and dosing references up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.

Subscriptions and Payments

Regimen offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Regimen Pro). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

• Subscription pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

The free tier provides core tracking functionality. Regimen Pro unlocks additional features as described in the app.

Website Tools and Calculators

Regimen provides free web-based tools and calculators at helloregimen.com, including dose calculators, reconstitution calculators, and titration planners. These tools:

• Are provided free of charge and "as is"
• Perform calculations based solely on the values you input
• Do not store your calculations or personal data unless you are logged into a Regimen account
• Are subject to the same Medical Disclaimer above — always verify calculations with your healthcare provider

The educational content on helloregimen.com (blog posts, guides, comparison articles) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Intellectual Property

Regimen, its design, features, content, and brand assets (excluding your personal data) are owned by Regimen and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our content without written permission.

Your personal data (protocols, doses, measurements, photos, notes) belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Regimen. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your personal health data.

Limitation of Liability

Regimen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect dose calculations resulting from user input errors
• Missed doses due to notification failures
• Health outcomes resulting from information provided by the Service
• Data loss due to technical failures (though we maintain regular backups)
• Temporary service interruptions or downtime

You acknowledge that Regimen is a tracking tool, not a medical device, and that you use the Service at your own risk. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, including misuse of the Service or fraudulent activity.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion:

• Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Your subscription (if active) should be cancelled separately through Apple's App Store or Google Play to avoid continued billing
• Data that has already been anonymized for aggregate analytics cannot be individually deleted

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of Regimen after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
