Many lists of Joe Rogan peptides online credit him with things his guests said. This page sticks to what Rogan has said himself on his podcast, with the episode for each, and does the same for Jennifer Aniston. Then it explains what each compound is.

What Peptides Does Joe Rogan Take?

By his own account: BPC-157, TB-500 and ipamorelin. Asked on episode #2239 (December 2024) what he was using, he answered: “Still BPC-157, TB-500, you know, ipamorelin and stuff like that.” He added that it was the same stuff he had always used.

Over the years he has also named:

  • BPC-157 for injuries: his elbow, his knee, his lower back and his Achilles (details below).
  • TB-500, alongside BPC-157, for an Achilles tear in late 2025 (#2421).
  • Peptides that raise growth hormone. In #2052 (October 2023) he said he takes peptides that stimulate his body’s growth hormone and IGF-1, and BPC-157.
  • Sermorelin and IGF-1. In #1744 (December 2021) he said he was using IGF-1 and moving to sermorelin.
  • Growth hormone itself, in 2013, 2015 and 2020 (#384, #682, #1580).

Joe Rogan and BPC-157: What He Used It For

BPC-157 is the peptide he comes back to most, always for an injury:

  • Elbow tendinitis (#1683, July 2021): he said it was a tendinitis he couldn’t fix, and that after starting BPC-157 “it was gone in two weeks.”
  • Tennis elbow (#1771, February 2022): he injected it right into the area.
  • Knee (#1813, May 2022, and #2017, August 2023): once with stem cells, once after twisting it on the stairs up to a stage.
  • Lower back (#2073, December 2023): an overuse injury from archery.
  • Achilles (#2421, December 2025): a minor tear, treated with BPC-157 and TB-500. He said injecting BPC-157 near the injury works better for him than under the skin at the love handles.

On #2440 (January 2026) he called BPC-157 plus TB-500 the Wolverine stack and said that if you get injured, you should get on it. What that stack is, and what’s known about it, is in the Wolverine stack guide.

Is Joe Rogan on TRT?

Yes, and he has said so for more than a decade. In 2013 (#384) he said he was on TRT and took a testosterone shot once a week. In 2017 (#915) he said he had been on testosterone replacement for almost 10 years, and in February 2026 (#2457) that he had been on it “for a long time” and recommends it. He has put his start in his late 30s, and the exact age varies between episodes.

Testosterone isn’t a peptide. It’s a steroid hormone, and the difference matters for how it’s regulated and tested: peptides vs steroids.

Does Jennifer Aniston Inject Peptides?

That’s what WSJ. Magazine reported in August 2023: that she gets weekly peptide injections meant to fight the effects of aging. Aniston’s own words on them: “I do think that’s the future.”

She didn’t say which peptide, and we found no later interview where she names one. So most of what’s written about Jennifer Aniston peptides online is a guess. What she does talk about is collagen, a supplement powder you drink, not an injection: she became chief creative officer of a collagen brand in 2020.

What These Compounds Are

BPC-157, TB-500 and ipamorelin aren’t approved by the FDA for human use, and all of them are banned in tested sport. What that means for safety is in are peptides safe.

What People Actually Take

Rogan’s stack is common. Among Regimen users, 33% take testosterone, 6% take BPC-157 on its own and 4% take TB-500. Counting blends like KLOW and the Wolverine stack, 23% of Regimen users take BPC-157 in some form.

The most popular peptide by far isn’t on his list: 57% of Regimen users take retatrutide. The full top 20 is in the most popular peptides of 2026.

A stack like Rogan’s means several compounds on different schedules. Regimen, a peptide tracker, gives each one its own schedule, reminders and injection site rotation, testosterone included.
