How long can Ozempic be out of the fridge?
Ozempic can be stored at room temperature (below 86°F / 30°C) for up to 56 days after first use. After 56 days, discard it regardless of how much is left. Before first use, keep it refrigerated.

How long does Wegovy last out of the fridge?
Wegovy can be kept at room temperature (below 77°F / 25°C) for up to 28 days. This is shorter than Ozempic, so pay attention if you're switching between them.

How long does Mounjaro last after opening?
Mounjaro (tirzepatide (tirz)) pens can be stored at room temperature (below 86°F / 30°C) for up to 21 days. Since they're single-dose pens, most people use them well before this window closes.

How long do reconstituted peptides last?
Most reconstituted peptides get 14 to 28 days refrigerated, the shorter of the water's 28-day preservative window and the compound's own stability. Always refrigerate after mixing, and discard sooner if the solution looks cloudy or changes colour.

Can I take Ozempic or Wegovy on a trip?
Yes. Ozempic is stable at room temp for 56 days and Wegovy for 28 days. For longer trips, use a medication travel cooler. Avoid leaving pens in a hot car or in direct sunlight. TSA allows injectable medications with proper labeling.

How long does a testosterone vial last after opening?
USP guidelines recommend discarding multi-dose vials 28 days after first puncture. Many TRT clinics allow longer use when stored properly at room temperature. Do not refrigerate oil-based testosterone, as it can crystallize.

How long does reconstituted HCG last?
About 30 days refrigerated when mixed with bacteriostatic water. If reconstituted with plain sterile water (no preservative), use within 24 hours. Always keep reconstituted HCG in the refrigerator.

Does bacteriostatic water expire after opening?
Per USP , bacteriostatic water should be discarded 28 days after first puncture. The benzyl alcohol preservative prevents bacterial growth but isn't effective indefinitely.
