HCG is tracked in IU per injection. Standard TRT-support dose: 250 to 500 IU, 2 to 3 times weekly, subcutaneous. Reconstitute a 5,000 IU vial in 5mL bacteriostatic water to get 1,000 IU per mL. At that concentration, 250 IU is 0.25mL (25 units on an insulin syringe). Track: dose, injection day, vial concentration, reconstitution date.

IU stands for international units, the actual dose of HCG. Units on an insulin syringe are volume markings (1 unit = 0.01mL). At a 1,000 IU per mL concentration, 250 IU equals 25 units of volume. The two numbers are not interchangeable.
Technically yes for subcutaneous use, but it is not recommended. Separate injections let you adjust dose timing for each compound independently and confirm each was administered correctly.
30 days refrigerated, kept cold throughout. Some studies suggest 60 days at lower concentrations, but stick with 30 days for confidence in full potency.
