Regimen
Regimen is built around what's actually happening in your body over years on TRT, not what published pharmacokinetics say should be happening.
Run the schedule you're actually on: weekly, twice weekly, every three days, daily microdosing, or a split week with its own dose and time on each day. Set a weekly target and the app works out each shot for your frequency. Change frequency and everything follows.
Ester-specific curves for Cypionate, Enanthate and Propionate show where your level peaks and troughs, so you know why day six feels different from day two and when a dose has cleared. Your labs go on the same timeline as your injections, Total T, Free T, E2, SHBG, hematocrit and 20 more, scanned in from the report or typed, and the app flags a value that comes back outside range. Energy, libido, sleep and mood get a level and a date, next to the dose.
Injection sites are intramuscular or subcutaneous, the standard spots or your own, with a separate rotation for each compound and the next site suggested. Rest a spot and it stays out. HCG, anastrozole and 200+ other compounds sit on that same timeline, so a symptom gets tied to the right thing. Then Regimen tells you what it noticed: what changed after you split your dose, added HCG or moved your mg, measured against your own baseline. When it's time to see your provider, a one-page report of the period since your last visit is ready to share.

What it does best: Follows any schedule, including a split week and a weekly target divided across shots. Ester-specific level curves. Labs scanned in and plotted against your injections. Tells you what a change did.
Where it falls short: Asks a little more of you than a bare injection log; that is what powers the pattern-spotting.
Best for: TRT patients who want to know what is actually happening in their body, not just what should be happening on paper.
