HRT Tracker 4.8

The HRT Tracker Built for Multi-Compound Protocols

Log estradiol, progesterone, and low-dose testosterone on their own schedules. See which dose change actually moved which symptom.

Free to download. Free for your first compound.

Regimen tracks HRT protocols where estradiol, progesterone, and low-dose testosterone each run on their own schedule and route (injection, patch, gel, oral, cream). Each compound has independent dose history, reminders, and site rotation, with symptom tracking for sleep, hot flashes, mood, energy, and libido mapped against dose changes. PDF export for prescriber visits. Works for perimenopause, post-menopause, surgical menopause, and gender-affirming HRT. Free for one compound; Pro is $4.99/month for multi-compound protocols.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I track estradiol and progesterone in the same app?

+

Yes. Each compound is added separately with its own schedule, dose log, and reminders. Estradiol injections, oral progesterone at night, and low-dose testosterone if you're on it all live in one place. The symptom view lets you see whether changes line up with adjustments to any individual compound.

Does it work for patches and gels, or only injections?

+

Both. You can log a patch change date the same way you log an injection, note the dose and placement, and track symptoms alongside it. The PK curve modeling is most useful for injectables, but the dose log, reminders, and symptom correlation features work the same way for transdermal estradiol, oral progesterone, or topical testosterone.

Is this for perimenopause as well as post-menopause?

+

Yes. Perimenopause is where multi-compound tracking matters most because hormones are still shifting on their own and your protocol may be adjusting more often. Cycle notes are supported for users still cycling, and the symptom log captures the markers that tend to move first: sleep, mood, hot flashes, brain fog.

Does it work for gender-affirming HRT?

+

Yes. The app tracks any HRT protocol regardless of context, including injectable estradiol, oral or sublingual estradiol, anti-androgens like spironolactone or bicalutamide, progesterone, and testosterone. Doses, schedules, and symptom markers are all configurable per compound.

Can I export my protocol to bring to my doctor?

+

Yes. The PDF export shows your full compound list, dose history, injection or application dates, and symptom log over the period you choose. Most users export the last 90 days before their appointment so the prescriber has timing context for any lab values.

Is my hormone data private?

+

Yes. Your protocol and symptom data stay on your device by default. Nothing is shared, sold, or used for ads. You control what gets exported and to whom.
